The theoretical density is 2.27 g/cm3, the specific gravity is 2.43, and the Mohs hardness is 2. The hexagonal boron nitride, also named as h-BN, g-BN (graphitic BN) and sometimes “white graphiteâ€, features a graphite-like structure as well as excellent electrical insulativity, thermal conductivity and chemical resistance.
